If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? The Hall of Residence is in beautyfull place (Foz- Next to Ocean) but is far away from City Center and University.

The Manager of Hall of Residence is not right person in right place in my opinion. First of all She dont have respect to Students, but the list could be long...
