Siena is brilliantly located so it is very easy to travel around Italy form there. Although it is an extremely accomodating city it is also quite small so if you're a person that gets bored easily choose to go to a bigger City with more activity. It did get a bit dull throughout the winter but the summer was brilliant. I've yet to see a more breathtaking Piazza and could just spend hours there sitting in it. Read Review

Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Because i need my own space.
Personal comments:
It is extremely difficult to find decent accomodation within the city centre and within vicinity of the university as the city is absolutely packed with students and not enough accomodation to support them.
