Great destination. Academically speaking not a walk in the park. You have to do the work, no priviliges for international students. Having both German and French as language of instruction is a challenge. Read Review

Switzerland is a very expensive country... and more if you compare with my homeland. So, my budget was often very tigh, but for a student is easy to have good deals in transportation, sky resorts, food at the mensa etc...

The standard of living is higher accross the board. And of course you want to take advantage of the fact of living in Switzerland to travel around quite a bit.
