Why? My past experience was too good, I liked to share an apartment with italians. Best way to practive language and to get to know the culture!
Personal comments:
I lived for the first 3 months in a student dormitory, besides the other exchange student I didn't like it much. It was outside the city, dirty and uncomfortable.

Why? It was a great experience living with people of other European countries

The location was a bit far away from the University and the city center. The instalations in the building were quite old, but I think that with a little bit of money could be easily improved.
