Type of housing: On campus

If returning, I would choose: With a family
Why? Staying with an Italian family would have given me the possibility to learn more about their cuisine and customs. However living in the campus was a lot of fun because I had the possibility to interact with a lot of people who were my age.

My level before: Everyday knowledge (shopping, directions, etc.) My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang) Personal comments:

I’ve spent more money than at home mainly because of the cost of living. Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone: was more expensive than at home. Housing: was the same price as at home.

If you want to study abroad go for this university. It was an amazing experience. FINAL COMMENTS
Whenever possible travel in large groups because you can get discounts. Try to visit as much as possible, Italy is a unique place and the cities have various architectures.
