Couldn't have asked for more.
Pretty good.
Could've been better, but didn't lessen the overall experience.

If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? I have been used to an independent way of living. By living in a flat share one preserves one's independence, while staying in close contact with fellow students. ATTENTION: For students travelling from the UK, it might come as a surprise that the majority of flats in Germany are only available unfurnished.

The University has several halls, which are readily available to Erasmus students.

Club: Zino does Lady's nights on wednesdays with free Caipirinhias for women until 11 o'clock. Pubs: There are several Irish pubs in Hanover which cater mostly for foreigners/students

All classes are taught in German, if your language skills aren't up to scratch you might certainly have trouble following the lectures on this particular course.

Personal recommendation:
Mix with your fellow students! Hanover's architecture faculty is located in a separate building from the other courses (some are just accross the street, though) so the architecture students are part of a very strong community. Just mingle. Go to the Tuesday Bar.
