If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? The residence offered by ESDES it is so bad (Maison des etudiants) and the other one is Alix, and it is SOfar awy of the city center.I wouyld recommend an appartment in the centre.
Personal comments:
Madame Neyrourd didn't help me at all when I had problems with my residence(les etudines).It was in a really bad area and they lost my check, so I had to make a new one!

I said it before: NEVER GO TO ESDES SCHOOL AND NEVER LIVE IN GUILLOTIERE.Basic but helpful :-)
