Festival Couleur Café- The Couleur café is a festival that proposes a full array of music styles coming from all over the world. With more than 40 concerts over three days, Couleur Café offers the best of R&B, hip hop, world, afro, reggae, ragga, dub, dancehall, Latin, salsa, electro and rock. Some extra juicy ingredients are added such as the bright souks and decorations, world food stalls, craftsmen and blazing brass bands. Couleur Café is an apt reflection of the city it calls home, Brussels, with its cultural mix that makes travelling the world as easy as looking out your front window. Couleur Café is more than a globe-trotting urban festival. Mandingfoli- Manding Foli is a percussion school founded in Brussels in 2005 by Babara Bangoura. His goal is to transfer West-African culture and traditional music. The AISBL organises lessons on a regular basis, workshops in Belgium and abroad, events like concerts, festivals, animations, team building, etc. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

A place to not be missed; there are a lot in the city:, the "chips" in the Jourdan place, the best chips in the city, I love the "disco-restaurant" Bazaar that if I`m not in grong is in the Capuchins rue next to the "palais de Justice". You can rate too as event "The music Party" , the city has cocerts for all places. Amd places very, very interestings for me, because I love the art and the architecture are the little museun of Ixelles, little but very warm and all the axpresions of the "art-nouveau" that you can find in Brussels ( Victor´s Horta house, Stoclet Palace, The Comic´s Museum, etc,.. Cafe de la Bourse (it has a Flemish name but I don't remember it). On campus until when exams come they have a lot of crazy parties (TD) where all people drink a lot, mostly bear. Students really have a lot of things to do, if you know how to search. Oxford Café is for Erasmus students. Le Soum is a good disco. Brussels, in the beginning can be very boring, so you must do your work. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

The best places to have a beer around the ULB are "Le Tavernier" and "l´Atellier" , and about restaurants, "La Bastoche" is the best in price/quality. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

There two or three funny and trendy disco, of which one, Mirano, vey very interesting for music, people and ambient. In the town is also fully represented new trends concerning modern art and fashion. The atmosphere is anyway good because of the cultural mix: imigration, Belgium specifity history, European Institution. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

The nightlife is pretty good and diverse in the city center. You can go dancing or spending your time in a nice cafe with life music... The jazz scene is quite extense and the cultural opportunities are diverse and often very interesting. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

The bars around "Bourse" area (such as "Mapamundo") in the center of the city are the best. There are no real good night clubs apart from "Who'sWho's", which is near "Grand'Place" and there's "The Fuse" which is alright but not that great. The nightlife is quiet in Brussels, you should go to Antwerp to party! My favourite places were the Irish pubs ("O'Reily's" near the Bourse) This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

In Ixelles, the students neighbourhood, you cannot miss the ``Tavernier Café´´, l´Atelier ou les TD´s. In the city Center I personally enjoyed the ``Recyclart´´, the ``Fuse´´ and all the bars around the Grande Place. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
