An ERASMUS grant French Government gave us 36 euros per month Work opportunities:

I live with my family so that's why I spent more money in housing or food, but less in telephone, because it's much cheaper ( I had an offer to call to Spain ); there're many offers for students. I spent almost the same in travelling because I like to travel a lot, so here and there I spent a lot. And the nightlife is more expensive in Paris than in Madrid. Food, Nightlife, Overall, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Travel: was the same price as at home. Telephone: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Yes, of course ;) I'd recommend people to make a list with all money you spend, just to control it a bit, or they could have some surprises at the end of the month. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Accommodation in Paris is very expensive, but food and drink in the supermarkets is much cheaper than in Ireland. Nightclubs and drinking in bars also costs more. Nightlife, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Overall, Telephone: was the same price as at home. Food, Travel: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Gibert Jeune on Place St Michel sells and buys second hand books, don't automatically buy everything new. BNP Paribas are a good bank, they give you an overdraft, Carte Bleu and no bank charges. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Personal comments:
French banks are much more difficult to deal with. Know what kind of account you are opening and ask lots of questions. That's what the French do. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
