Université des Sciences et Technologie de Lille: Lille I review by Sibylle
HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: a room in the center
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: i would go back to the same house
Why? it's a house with all erasmus students from different origin. The location is great because it's in the center.
Personal comments:
If you want to live on campus, you have to consider the rooms are pretty small and in weekends the campus is dead. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

EXPENSES
The accessibility of student needs
Main source of funding:
An ERASMUS grant Other sources of funding:
Family work Work opportunities:
I didn't explore any work options Personal spending habits:
housing is pretty much the same if you apply for CAF as soon as you can. Nightlife is really expensive a regular bear is 2.5 euros. Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall: was more expensive than at home. Telephone, Housing: was the same price as at home.
Personal comments:
in my school you really don't need text books. you have to make your own notes. if you want to apply for a telephone, be carefull because they will try to take a lot of money from you. and be on time to close your phone before you leave to go back home.
