Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Having your own apartment gives you a certain freedom and a feeling of independance
Personal comments:
The location was excellent, in the centre of downtown Montreal. The flat itself was briliant but the best part about it was the neighbourhod

Nightlife: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment
Personal comments:
The best thing in Montreal are the micro-breweries (l'Amère à boire, le cheval blanc...) excellent beer and cheap food. Also many very interseting bars on the St-Denis and Mont-Royal streets (good music and special ambiances)

Not really. In the university the dates and the number of exams/projects were discussed between the teacher and the students. It's very democratic
