If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? The residence was located in an area which gets pretty dangerous at night. Moreover, it was rather far away from the city centre.

The rules for students at university halls of residence are quite taxing.

The Universita' degli Studi di Verona offers an outstanding academic experience in the fields of International and European Law.It also boasts a well-organised and active Erasmus Students Association. Furthermore, the university is located in the heart of a truly beautiful and culturally rich city.
