If returning, I would choose: shared flat
Why? possibility of meeting other student from different countries

lived with parents in newcastle so accomodation was a new cost to me. also phoning home increased cost of telephone Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Nightlife, Overall: was the same price as at home. Food, Travel: was less expensive than at home.
