I already had good skills in Spanish before going to Spain, so I haven't learnt a lot of vocabulary, but it helped me to become much more fluent. An other point is the second local language (el valenciano), but everything was translated into the 2 languages.

Personal spending habits
Spanish housing prices are inferior to French ones. I spent less in food to save money. I enjoyed my travel at the maximum so I spent a lot in telephone, nightlife and tavels.

I shared a flat with two other people near the sea, with two swimming pools and a tennis space, for only 200€!!! It was perfect! But a bit far away from my university.

Any bar in "el Barrio" because each one has its specificity. After 3am, the same for the bars on the port. A good sport club is the QUO.
