I went to Spain to learn Spanish and to learn about the country. I studied in Barcelona, so Catalan was everywhere I had some difficulty at times understanding what signs said. But pretty much everyone also spoke Spanish so I got along fine.

I was younger than all the others in my group and didn't even think about travelling throughout the rest of Europe. I wish I had.

There is a bar on Las Ramblas called Margarita Blue. I had some of the most fun nights there. Tuesday nights there was a drag queen show and they always served these deadly blue margaritas. They tasted so yummy. Las Ramblas are fun to wander down and bar hop.
