Final comments
Leave early enough to be able to adapt (read: spend some holidays) in the city where you will live in. When the academic year starts, it will still feel a little as holidays, but not as much as before. It is also very useful to already start and learn the language before the academic year.

If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House

Because I lived together with Spaniards which made it a huge experience and nice to learn about their culture.

There was nearly no housing organised, but in this way I found out how the Spanish system works and how Spaniards think.
