In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!
Important factors in my choice
(1) Unimportant – (4) Very important
Personal recommendation
It's quite a big university and there are many many Erasmus, this could be either an advantage or not, but for sure it's really easy to get to know plenty of people.

During my experience abroad, I ...
(1) Never – (4) A lot
Became familiar with another culture
Met people from other countries
Experienced a change in life
Advanced my studies & career
Final comments
Rent a car, if you can(you can find good prices and you get used quite easily to drive on the other side), and just enjoy the way, whereever you are headed, either north or south, (my best visits: Belfast and the Ring of Kerry, worst loss: not to get to see the Giants).

Personal spending habits
I never missed a single chance to go out or to travel. Plus I had a part-time job (this is not easy to find back home)so I could actually spend a little bit more...I had more spare time, less to study as an Erasmus as well!!! Life is a little bit more expensive ...glaring exception, obviously, bier!!!

Personal comments
To live on campus at Merville it's awesome, good flats and even if you have your privacy in a single room, you share the flat with other three persons, so you cannot be lonely. Not as good the other campus but still good to get to know people.

Wicked Wolf and Club 92 were the meeting for many Erasmus,..my accomodation though was practically in Temple Bar (main street with pubs), so I had quite a good choice every night.
