Final comments
cheap flights from Brussel - even from 25 Euro, so it is better to travel by bus to Brussel from home Internet is cheaper inside libraries when you are signed in. Nearly every transport is usually a few min late.

Course recommendations
Actually I haven't studied at the University, but I only applied for application process of the English Exam IELTS - Intenational English Language Testing System to Language Department at this University. I passed that Exam at the University in October 2003. Exam took about 5 hours and included four parts: Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking. It was worth to take this exam because it gives me international qualification
