Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? When going to a Campus university, Campus life is unique and you can best experience it when living on campus
Personal comments:
although we had to share kitchen and bathroom-/toilet facilites, this was no problem although I thought the rent was a bit high for this kind of accomodation

KEY:
Liked it.
It was alright.
A bit annoying.
Didn't like it.
Exams throughout the course

Essays and/or projects throughout the course
Overall
Personal comments:
Yes, I would not have for one course, 2 days of lecture in a big auditorium and 1 day of seminar. I would instead have 2 seminars a week per course that way you can get to know the students and teachers better.

No, it wasn't.
How much did you improve your English?
My level before: At ease in most situations
My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang)
Personal comments:
As I was studying English in Poland and then I was living in UK last year I coped quite well. Nevertheless, contact with teachers and students, studying - reading and writing plenty of essays improved my English!

FINAL COMMENTS

It was good year, what a pity that Masetr course takes only 1 year here. I would enjoy it more if I wouldn't be under the time pressure at the end of semesters. However, different methods of teaching and good contact with lecturers and students make me satisfied.
