Why? When going to a Campus university, Campus life is unique and you can best experience it when living on campus
Personal comments:
although we had to share kitchen and bathroom-/toilet facilites, this was no problem although I thought the rent was a bit high for this kind of accomodation This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Why? I would choose the same because I lived in a flat with 7 other people where we each had our own bathroom and room and we shared a common room and kitchan. Everything was brands new and clean. We had our privacy and yet we had a place to hang out.
