Facilities
Location
Cleanliness
Space
Type of housing: An individual lease in a four persons apartment
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? As a Graduate student, it's better to live in an apartment, rooms in the campus are designed for undergraduate students.
Personal comments:
I live in a complex called "La Mancha". Despite the mess inside the apartment, there is a good international atmosphere and also it is located at five minutes by walk from the campus.

The only difficulty is to communicate within a group of 5 or more American people because of the "slang" while talking to each others.
