Course recommendations:
if you are in the same program i was, don't worry about the choice of courses before you get there. you'll have to take what's left anyway, because locals book their courses about 4 months before you can. you'll find satisfying courses though, so don't worry and be flexible!

courses are usually very time-consuming but not very difficult.

it is hard enough to write all final exams within a few days. instructors should think about changing the due dates for term papers and (final) presentations. it is almost impossible to get sleep if these obligations add to the final exams. If you (as an exchange student) are interested in taking courses of the prestigious accounting program, be tough and consequent when registering! They don't want you there, but if you ask long enough and the right people (Talk directly to the dean!), you have a chance to get into some very interesting courses!

The first week is syllabus week - the teachers are mostly discussing the syllabus and are done after 10 minutes, so you have enough time to go to as many classes as possible! I really recommend to talk to the professors, because many classes sound nice after reading the description, but are more or less boring.

Course recommendations:
The language courses were very communicative, because only a maximum of 20 students was allowed to take one course. So I think I learned a lot and had much fun, although we had a lot of work to do (presentations, homework, midterm and final exams...).

Quality of courses depends totally on the teacher, in my opinion. Usually, lower courses (100) are easier and less demanding, however this is not set in stone.

NO CBA-courses are allowed for LAS-Students and the access for the CBA-students to the courses is very difficult. Hurry up!
