Personal assessment
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Home university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? The people I met living on campus are part of what made the experience so wonderful!
Personal comments:
I lived on-campus in the Intenational House. It provided a great social and academic atmosphere and gave me the chance to meet a variety of people from different cultures. I could not have asked for a better situation. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Personal social experience
Describe host city: Students interact with the local community without much university involvement
Travel: Takes place mostly within the university/student environment Activities, Nightlife: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment Personal comments:
In Newcastle East, where I lived, the best cafe ws The Bogie Hole, a cute cafe close to the beach with GREAT food. As a college student, the place to be seen at night was The Great Northern. However, we also frequented The Delaney, a wonderful Irish Pub and The Mercury, a techno dance club. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
Some of the classes are only offered for one semester. Be sure to check the dates classes are offered before registering.
My opinion of the university assessment
Personal comments:
Studying in Australia was a bit different than The States. Students have to spend more time outside of class preparing. But that was a great lesson for me. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall: was more expensive than at home. Telephone: was the same price as at home. Housing: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Take advantage of Student Travel services. The University had an STA right on campus and it was a great way to find cheap travel. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
