Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Because I have known the life in the campus through my friends: sometimes there is too mess and too people. Besides I like to be independent and to take about myself on my own: a life with a family could conditionate me.

The host University could not guarantee an accomadation for all the erasmus students but just for half semester exchange students. By the way they have arranged a "welcome programme" (very well organised!)during which they helped us tomeet others students, choosing our "future flatmate" and find a flat for all the year long.

I would like to have the same kind of accommodation but maybe not so far as the city centre and the majority of the students. The location of my house was a secure area but it wasn't a student area, which was difficult to go out with friends.

There are many choices of accommodations but if you study in Jubilee Campus, you have to be carefull to think about what you would like before making a decision: to be near the campus or near the majority of the students. Both areas are quite far from each other.

Because i had my own space, a lot of intimacy and also independence. I could cook for myself whenever i wanted, and i was with more people in the same situation as mine, and it was very nice to have someone living with you all the time. You never felt bored or alone, much more funny.

It id pretty good organised, and offers a lot of facilities and commodities to the studenta staying there. Also the area and the atmosphere is great as you find there a lot of students who share the same situation as you.

Had to look for it quite hard. The seeking process wasn't very easy cause we were too much people looking for accomodation, so had to look for it by myself.

I did not live in the university, but the rooms are small. They give lists of houses which help the students who all find in a few days.
