Why? I am an independent person who sometimes enjoy my privacy and the fact that I can work both at home and at my office.

Pretty good accommodation options, however near campus they were pricy.

Why? Because for such a big amount of money I could have found a better place in city center instead of the dangerous area where the university was located.
