HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? On Campus accommodation is still more expensive. However, meals are included. Moreover on campus is nice for party but quite annoying if you are into serious studying.
Personal comments:
The university housing office offers some support for people who are looking for off campus accommodation. It is important to start searching as early as possible. At the beginning of the semester most accomodations are already taken. Housing is relatively expensive. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

STUDENT LIFE
Personal social experience
Describe host city: Students equally interact with the local and student community
Activities: Takes place mostly within the university/student environment Travel: Takes place mostly outside the university/student environment Nightlife: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment Personal comments:
The most clubs and bars are located in Northbridge. However, in my opinion, its not very good for going out. I prefer Subiaco where the crowd is a little bit older and the clubs and cafes have more style. Also popular are Leederville (Hippie Club on Tuesday) and Cottesloe (Sunday session in the Cot Hotel). OVERALL
Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
The workload during the semester is quite high. However, the effort for the final exams is not. In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
It is useful to arrive two or three weeks before the semester starts to ease accomodation search. Travelling during the semester is only possible during the Easter break. FINAL COMMENTS
Perth is a good base for travelling and a really nice place to live and study. You should not miss out the South-West and the North-West. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
