I wish I had known...
I do wish I had taken more time to study Australia before leaving. Since returning from school there, I have learned much about the country and people, and wish that I had know these things before visiting, which would have provided an even more comfortable and educational experience for me.
In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!

During my experience abroad, I ...
Became familiar with another culture

Partied a lot
Experienced a change in life
Advanced my studies/career
Personal recommendation:
I would recomend this university if it fits with your area of study. It is a fairly small university, which creates a great small community atmosphere, but also limits some opportunities. I was particulaly impressed with the vast number of international students attending this uni though.

FINAL COMMENTS

My best advice to someone traveling abroad would be to PLAN!! Study up on activities and travel opportunities and then take advantage of them. Most study abroad experiences are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, so make the most of them.

I wish I had known...
I wish I had known that my uni was 40 minutes away from the center and that it was hard also to meet locals.
In my opinion:
Most people loved it.

Personal recommendation:
It is a good uni even if people say it's not a really good one. It's important to choose very carefully the courses you want to study and then it will be very interesting. Talk to people to know more about the courses.

FINAL COMMENTS

Australia is a great country, if you wanna travel for a cheap price you need to check the backpackers magazines and choose some destination. I recommend the great barrer reef, the red center and the great ocean road and Frasier Island. Try to meet people early in order to save accomodation cost when you travel. Check travel website for cheap airflights.
