I spent more in most areas, not because the cost was necessarily higher, but because I was traveling and sociallizing more than I usually do. Having so many new and different things to do and to see, resulted in more and larger expenditures. Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Food: was the same price as at home.
Personal comments:
I was actually suprised at how inexpensive travel is in Australia. The public transportation, whether locally or over longer distances, was well priced and easily accessible. The availability of second-hand items was a great cost-savings as well. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Nightlife in sydney is cheaper than in Paris. Also it's more about house party or dinner at home with some friends in sydney. Food, Travel, Overall, Housing: was the same price as at home. Nightlife, Telephone: was less expensive than at home.
