Language of instruction: English
Was learning English a key decision factor?
No, it wasn't.
Personal comments:
When I left the Czech Republic I could hold conversations in Czech, some of which were complex. Czech is a difficult language to learn and many Czech's complimented me. In Prague, it is more difficult because people want to practice their English and do not have the patience to listen to your broken Czech.
