I was living in a rent house and in Portugal I live with my parents, therefore I had this adittional expense. I spend less traveling beucase of my bike.Nightlife was quite the same, I didn't notice too many differences in the prices and we had a lot of erasmus home parties therefore was cheap. To sum up, I expended a lot more, mainly beucase I was living alone on my own and the prices are a bit higher than in Portugal. Food, Overall, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Nightlife, Telephone: was the same price as at home. Travel: was less expensive than at home.

Personal comments:
For supermarket go to Aldi or Dirk. For celular phones don't use vodafone since it is the most expensive company. For bank use ABN Amro it has few taxes and internet banking. Avoid shopping in the center (near Centraal Station) because it is quite expensive. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
