Ceske Vysoke Uceni Technicke v Praze

Zikova 4, 16 636 Praha 6, Czech Republic, Prague
4.10 / 5 based on 42 reviews.
Description:
In the course of the last half century, the Czech Technical University in Prague has undergone several reorganisations: the faculty of economic sciences was closed after 1948, and the faculty of chemical technology and the faculty of agriculture became independent in 1952. After 1960, CTU had four faculties: of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and a forerunner of the present faculty of nuclear science and physical engineering. The faculty of architecture was founded in 1976 and the faculty of transportation science in 1993 - so that at present, CTU has six faculties.

Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? It should be nice to live with few friend in an appartment/houses. You have more space, a kitchen, and you can invite all people you want.
Personal comments:
It was like a big familly, students tried to speek english, but the people who worked there didn't speek english. It was really funny and a very good period for me. I met a lot of people all arround the world. Really interesting! The room was a little bit small.

I like the night in the downtown pub. All are so nice in underground and so unexpensive. In a restaurant we met some czech and mexican people older than us but so intersting. And we stay speeking with them for 5 hours i think.
