If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Majority of the erasmus students lived in one building, mainly on 3 floors!!! We were something like 30 in one building!

more opportunities to make party everyday ;) Travel, Nightlife, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Food, Overall: was the same price as at home. Telephone: was less expensive than at home.
