Description:
The University is located on a fifty acre campus in the northern suburbs of Dublin. Most of the University's programmes are provided in new, purpose-built buildings designed specifically for their needs, while the University's engineering programmes are currently housed largely in the older buildings on campus, some of which date back to the establishment of the Albert Agricultural College in the last century. The latter have been extensively refurbished and modernised. The campus with its adjoining parks constitutes a pleasant and productive environment for study and research.

As I lived in Dublin for one year I will say that it depends on what you are looking for. But there three main events that you should not miss if you live in Dublin; they are: Halloween, it is really good as everyone dress up, 2. The six nation, it is the most important Rugby tournament in Europe and finally, St Patricks day... it is the national party and everyone is Irish for that day, no matter where you come from, the Irish spirit will get inside you. There are loads of places where to go. When i was there the best ones were The palace and The red box.A good pub was The bleeding horse and Maguires. Cafe the Sien my favourite for a quiet night.Apart from these places you will be able to find a great varity of bars, cafes and others. Dublin has got plenty of nice places to go and visit, although thery are mainly concentrated in one area, temple bar and city centre. I cannot complain about it, I enjoyed a lot. I really liked the "Gravedigger" which is a very old pub just at the Glasnevin Cementery. This is a REAL cult place! But you will have to travel there. Otherwise "The Globe" is a nice cafe/bare that turns into a club late in the night. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

There are an awful lot of places to go! Nice cafes are Cafe en Seine and Bewleys. Nightlife: Nice clubs are the Metropolitan, the Spirits, Ri-Ra, Pravda and Nr 5 There are also lots of nice Pubs. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Do not miss Dandelion, next to St Stephens Green, Cafe en Seine, Barcode, Turk´s Head in Temple Bar...there are loads of places...you won´t get bored in Dublin This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
