HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Student Housing Association
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? Would like to live closer to the university, but I know that Ichthus doesn't have accomodation on campus
Personal comments:
The accomodation itself was fine, however if there were problem, i.e. Damp, or water leaking the association took a long time to rectify the problems. However this was the housing association and not the university. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

STUDENT LIFE
Personal social experience
Describe host city: Students equally interact with the local and student community
Activities, Travel: Takes place mostly outside the university/student environment Nightlife: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment Personal comments:
I enjoyed the nightlife better in Amsterdam so ended up going to the POWERZONE in Amstelveen , Amsterdam. The best place in Rotterdam was NOw & Wow (saturday nights - (Speedfreax) This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
Unfortunately it wasn't the content of the courses that was a problem, rather the communication between teacher to teacher, and teacher to student. Nonetheless , the course I felt I learnt the most and enjoyed the most was European Union law.
My opinion of the university assessment
Personal comments:
Yes - More structure and organisation within the institution. Sometimes the teacher did not know that they were going to teach you until one week into the start of the course. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Was learning English a key decision factor?
No, it wasn't. Was learning the local language a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my knowledge How much did you improve your local language?
My level before: Did not speak it My level after: Basic phrases Personal comments:
To be completely honest, I learnt more dutch outside in social settings rather than at the university. I was supposed to learn dutch language as part of my course but they were unable to find a teacher. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

OVERALL
Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
No I found out everything I wanted to know during my stay, that's fine with me!! In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
For the university itself, I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here, but the people I was studying with made it a wonderful experience. I don't feel I learnt that nuch academically, but I learnt alot about other cultures and people, so for me it was worthwhile. FINAL COMMENTS
Buy a travle pass for the Netherlands, you can travle with upto 3 other people with a 40% reduction at anytime, so it's good until the borders, but then you have to pay full fare once you've crossed the borders.....Sorry!! This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
