Why? Would learn the language, otherwise almost impossible
Personal comments:
the campus that i firstly logged in was crappy as it was. No kitchen, public shower room, weird neigbors smoking joints.. so i changed it to private, which was a bit more okay, yet expensive.

for dancing = impossible until you prefer gay clubs, for cafe and crepes = sherpa, jour de fete, shambala small cafes all around, for pubs: l'estanquet, bar basque, cafe populaire, la maison
