HOUSING
by Hugott, Ludwig Maximilians Universität München, Munich, Germany
Political Science, Erasmus
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: community
Why? I don´t know if I got this question right! When you asked me where I´m going to live, when I get back home, then my aswer is community, because I like to live with people!
Personal comments:
We didn´t have to care about a search, when we communicated early with the office at the host university. The prices here in Toulouse are high for an appartement, but every student gets financial help from the state! Then it´s OK! This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
Try to talk with native students to know which professors are not the best choice for exchange students, I don't want to name them publicly
My opinion of the university assessment

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: French
Was learning French a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my French How much did you improve your French?
My level before: Did not speak it My level after: At ease in most situations Personal comments:
Because I couldn´t speak frensh, the other foreign students and the frensh-course of the university were essential, because for learning a language I need training in using it! This is only possible with the other foreign people, when you don´t speak the language at all! The native speakers get annoyed! OVERALL
by Hugott, Ludwig Maximilians Universität München, Munich, Germany
Political Science, Erasmus
Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
no! In my opinion:
Most people loved it.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
Stop this elite-feeling for politics-students at this IEP´s! That is the reason why so many no-life-people (frensh) are there! Especially the political sciences need people who know what it´s worth living for!!!! Most of the students think, they are already ministers and forget to develop their character! FINAL COMMENTS
