humm... So lots of it depends what you are looking for! On monday never miss the Clarence it is full of Irish and you will never see Sligo as cazy as it is> Do as you are Irish during the Rag Week: crazy week, no school only parties everywher,everytime! Then to go out from thusday to Sunday night : The Envy or Toffs to go out, The Shennanigans ( some bad guys in charge of security..) but it is free and you can danse as in a niteclub!!when sun or warm day come: Mc Huggs!!! Lots of Pub are really nice in Sligo and more Irish but these u must discover by yourself : just on tuesday, karaoke in The Stables, good fun guarantee!

The best night places are: "Left Bank", "Belfry" as pub, then you can find very nice irish pubs (to breath the real irish atmosphere like "The furies") and as a night club the best is "the velvet room". For landscapes, "strandhill" is the best (a wonderful ocean beach).

We used to go to the swimming pool on Monday night. My favourite pub in Sligo for me is Garavogue with an open mic once a week. I love Ireland because of the people and the live music every where, anytime.

Garavogue Pub, Had plenty of cultural nights in Envy Night Club, Toffs night club. Weekends Plenty of Hill walking, eg knocknarea, beautiful beaches, strandhill and Rosses Point.

Mc garrigles was nice on wednesdays and thursdays. If u wanted to go out after 12o'clock shenanigans was the only free entrance club but it was boring as hell.

Every monday, i went at the cinema society to watch interesting movies in town. I had great moments in pubs like Leitrim Pub, The Left Bank, Mc Hugh's pub...in night clubs like The Envy, The Toff...

Pubs are all OK. Drinking after Closing time: TNC (beside Envy Nightclub). ENVY: dirty place, strong drinkers... VELVET Room is a better place to go.

The only where you can go after 12 midnight is the T&C (Town and County). The best disco is the ENVY where most (irish) students goes to.

if you like the traditional music and if you want to feel in Ireland go to the Foleys but if you prefer big party with "student music" go to the Leitrim or to the O'Neils

We went lot of time in the Toffs and in the Envy. For the pub, most of the time it was in the belfry or in the Mc Hughs.

most of the pubs where the jung people go are very crouded at night, but it's ok if you feel like a busy night :)
