Description:
The University of Joensuu was established in 1969. It includes five faculties and six independent units. The University offers undergraduate and graduate degree in seven different fields: education, humanities, natural sciences, social sciences, agricultural science and forestry, theology and psychology. The University has campuses or research units in four different locations: Joensuu, Savonlinna, Ilomantsi and Liperi.

I was surprised how well most of the Finns speak English (altough sometimes they deny it). I went to Finland to learn more Finnish and it was not easy because I often ended up talking in English.I had some difficulties understanding local people who speak dialects. In Finland the official language is finish but everybody (90%) of population speak english and in the university all is in english.That was no problem This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
