that Hasselt was such a small city!!!!in the middle of the country side...

take your bike ...and heuuuu...choose easy courses because you will not manage all of them..(excel!)

it is essentially an incredible crossroad in Europe ..and if you want to go to Prague, london, italy (by ryan air), France, germany, Netherlands (both 30 km away).during this year.. So..LUC is a good idea.!

If you want to travel with friends at very low cost, use the eurolines buses. You can visit all europe with them within your budget.

The courses are not that difficult, if you just try to understand, not memorize what professors tell you.



FINAL COMMENTS

This is a very nice place to be, very quiet, but you still can get lots of fun. The international environment is great, so if you come, let the University take care of your own accomodation. Don't forget to task the beers, in special Hoegarden!

It is always easy to travel by train than by bus since train is fast and cheap also.

Don't expect to become bilingual. But you will speak english fluently and improve your other languages (students from all over Europe).

I would not suggest this University/place to other Erasmus Students...GO SOMEWHERELSE !!!!

As I said, I did not feel particularly confortable in this Uni/place. It is good for travelling, but the rest (wheather,food,study conditions,professors) sucks...
