Personal assessment

KEY:
Couldn't have asked for more.
Pretty good.
Could've been better, but didn't lessen the overall experience.
Disappointing.

Cleanliness
Space
Type of housing: Student Corridor
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Same sa before
Why? I would have preffered WG's (sharred appartments) but it is very uncommon here, if you do it, you would only share it with friends/people you have known before, the student corridors are the second best way of meeting people
Personal comments:
It is cheap, high standart (own bathroom, only kitchen is shared) fantastic internet connection, all other exchange students live here in fact only students live here

Language of instruction: English
Was learning English a key decision factor?
No, it wasn't.
Personal comments:
Swedes speak great English so you can get away without speaking a word of English. However, I suggest you study the languange as much as possible, especially if your like me and only speak English fluently :o(

FINAL COMMENTS

Linköping may not be a very well-known town. Actually it is rather small compared to german towns (135000 inhabitants). But the student life and the university are extraordinary. Göteborg and Stockholm are reachable within 2-3 hours. Sweden is a big country...
