Personal comments
Although I would prefer, as a second time, to live in the center of Trondheim, not in the campus again, I remember fondly the people I had the chance to meet. I also got the opportunity to travel to another continent (Africa), later on, thanks to a flatmate I met in this amazing year. In the overall the campus was an excellent choice due to the required reasonable budget and the fact that you were close to other students.

In Nowray, English is commonly spoken and understood; even though you can't speak or understand any Norwegian you'll have no problem interactin in English.

Final comments
Be sure to check out the university's mountain huts! They can be rented for the weekend at a VERY low budget and it's 200% worth going there - both in summer and winter.

Academic
Course recommendations
Be aware that in Norway, as in most northern European countries, college courses are very diversified, not strict to a study field. This has advantages and disadvantages depending on how organized you are and what you aim to do later on.
