Texas A&M, the state's first public institution of higher education, was opened in 1876 as the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas. In 1963, the name of the institution was changed to Texas A&M University to more accurately reflect its expanding role as a leader in teaching, research, and public service for the state, nation and world.

There is a bus system available, but in my opinion a bike would be necessary to come around in College Station. If you don't want to fly from Houston to College Station, there are different Airportshuttles, which you can use and which are maybe cheaper. I had a wonderful time in College Station and would go back immediatley, if I had the possibility. Read Review

This university has a huge amount of different traditions, which help to feel as a part of a big family. Mays Business school offers a wide range of courses for business students.



FINAL COMMENTS
