FINAL COMMENTS

To know a new country, language and people from a lot of countries is a real experience, wonderful. The local people were good in general, some better than others. But, in general, there were no big diferences in culture between mine and portuguese, but more than i expected

FINAL COMMENTS

For me this experience was great, it offer me a chance to learn a lot of new things and to meet a lot of people with a different culture that mine. An advice for those that travel in Portugal in spring period: grab some warm clothes and a umbrella because in this period rain a lot and it's rather cold.

I wish I had had further information about my accomodation; the rest is perfect.

Don't be affraid of what they call "praxe"...



FINAL COMMENTS

Braga is a small rainy town, but it is really worth experiencing one semester there. You are very close to Porto and train is very cheap. I would advise students to find an appartment or a private house with other students in the center instead of a residence.

Universidade do Minho offers a lot of hands-on experience trough projects and labs to the students, besides has great environment. You will love being an Erasmus student in Guimaraes!

Travel is very easy and cheap,Braga is very close to Oporto that is my favourite city because is full of traditions and art.

the weather in Braga is not what you think. There is a lot of rain, it's a rain area in the north of teh country. Not every building or house has a central heating so, bring a lot of warm clothes.
