If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Because it is nice to live by your own, overall when you live with people from the country you are studying in.

Life here is more expensive, it is a city full of tourists. Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Food, Telephone: was the same price as at home.

It is a new university, with great facilities, but, as i said before, organization does not fit with Italy FINAL COMMENTS
