Description:
The University of Mannheim, despite being a relatively young university, is proud to be able to look back on a long tradition. The beginnings of academic life in Mannheim have their roots in the founding of the "Kurpfälzische Akademie der Wissenschaften" (Palatinate Academy of Sciences) in 1763. With approximately 12,000 students, the University of Mannheim belongs to Germany's medium-large sized universities. The university also maintains contact with over 450 scientific institutions and research facilities throughout the world.

Well, as Mannheim is not the funniest city in the world, you shouldn't miss the uniparties every thursday. Specially the ones in the summer, they take place in the "Schneckenhof" and they are open-air. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
