Why? Because you're free to do what you want, you know Belgium people and you live the "real" life.
Personal comments:
It is very simple to find an accomodationin Liège. Take your time to see a lot of Kot (the houses) so you can choose the best, but if you are in hurry you can find a decent house in one day.
