I'm very satisfied with the courses, our professors were competent, they not only taught us in the faculty, but also had their professional jobs, I like their lessons.

Personal comments:
I think exams and essays are some kind of methods necessary to make sure the comprehension of the students. I don't like passing exams just for passing. We can add some notes of participation in the courses with the teacher.

Most of our teachers are very competent, they teach us in the university, at the same time, they have another professional job in the companies.

We need the exams and essays during students' life. But we should not consider the exams are to passe exams. To learn the knowledges and to make it be used by ourselves is the object.

The course if I am honest was rather boring. Lengthy periods of dictation from lecturers with little student participation was not always very interesting. I felt that in the UK we are encouraged to think a bit more rather than just follow the 'rules'.

The French system is quite different to the system of the UK, therefore be prepared to work harder and spend more time at uni than you do in the UK.
