it is a great place,the campus is awesome, people are nice and you can experience a little different taste of "traditional" american lifestyle

GO!! there's no better place for such an experience.. if you want a prty university go to UCSB but in a general view UCSC is totally all right for an international student.

Great teaching and courses. Great place to travel to near-by locations. Small easy-going city, close to the environment. Beautiful forest scenery. Not many things to do at night.
