Housing
Type of housing: shared university flat
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Personal comments
Living in a shared flat was fun. Since it was a university flat it meant that all maintainance was taken care of. The only minor disadvantage was that you couln't choose you flatmates, so some matches weren't as fortunate as out flat was.

Academic
Course recommendations
Courses pretty much covered the same topics as at home, but the variety of courses seemed much more limited than at my home university, so I had problems finding courses that I would get credit for at home.

Final comments
Even though the year was great, I'm disappointed that my home university won't give me credit for most of the courses I took, so that academically I "wasted" a year. Personally, it was the best thing I could have done and I would do it again in a New York minute!!!!
