HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: University Self-Catering Flats
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Self-Catering Flats
Why? They are conveneient for one to manage his/her affairs
Personal comments:
Maintenance of our flats was of prime concern to the accommodation management staff. For most of the complaints lodge, we received a quick response and problems sorted in time. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

ACADEMIC
My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
I think the contents of the courses I took was up to date and this should continue but the practical fieldwork slots should be increased so that student get a full grasp of the concepts in the real world
My opinion of the university assessment
Personal comments:
For the MSc Environmental Engineering course more practical work and field work should be slotted in.The course should be done in 18months rather than 12 months to give students the opportunity to undertake re research work This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: English
Was learning English a key decision factor?
No, it wasn't. How much did you improve your English?
My level before: At ease in most situations My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang) Personal comments:
In my home country, the official national language is English and so y proficiency in the use of the English was already good.In Ghana, the medium of instruction for all educational levels is English. Thus communication in English was not a problem at all in my graduate study in the UK. Personal recommendation:
University of Nottingham provides an environment for personality and intellectual development. It's got high recognition and people sit up and take notice when one mentions that he studies there. The general architecture and landscape of the campus possess scenic beauty which is overwhelmly admirable FINAL COMMENTS
It's really nice and deeply satisfying to have an international cultural experience. Every student I think should endeavor to study abroad as it gives you the opportunity to pick up very good attributes of other nationals which adds to your personal development.
